White Paper (Part I)

The Bitcoin-Vouchers are the credentials of commercial wealth sharing for the merchants. After the reward task published by the merchant is completed, the merchant needs to collect Bitcoin-Voucher from distributor. By using or retailing one Bitcoin-Voucher the distributor will receive 1mBTC rewards.
The denomination of each Bitcoin-Voucher is 1mBTC. The distributors can purchase Bitcoin-Vouchers according to the discount level corresponding to their city score and the distributor can operates them to generate incomes (increase the city scores first, then calculate the discount). Buying Bitcoin-Vouchers can directly increase in equal amounts of the city score (each Bitcoin-Voucher increase one city score).

    Income by using Bitcoin-Voucher
    As a distributor, when you complete the task, you can obtain double personal rewards by using the Bitcoin-Vouchers, and that Bitcoin-Voucher you use will be collected by the merchant.

    Bitcoin-Voucher Retail Revenue
    After the citizens in your three generations complete the reward tasks, the same amounts of Bitcoin-Vouchers will be consumed automatically from you, and you receive the same amount of personal rewards as the citizens (Retail).
    Bitcoin-Voucher Wholesale Revenue
    As a distributor, you can wholesale Bitcoin-Vouchers to other distributors in your direct downline，but your discount must be better than the discount of that distributor.
    Super Order Referral Commission
    A distributor requires a purchase of Bitcoin-Vouchers. If the direct inviter’s discount is not better than the distributor’s discount, then a super order is formed, or if the discount is better than the distributor’s discount, but the direct inviter doesn’t have enough Bitcoin-Vouchers, then the system will form a super order for the insufficient portion. The buyer generates a super order and needs to look up sellers who meet the wholesale conditions according to the invitation relationship. The seller can get 80% of the wholesale profit and 20% of the wholesale profit will be given to the buyer’s direct inviter as a Super Order Referral Commission. Both citizens and distributors between buyers and sellers can increase city scores or city credits equal to the super order denomination.
